Remote online notarization for the documents estate planning runs on: powers of attorney, healthcare directives, trusts, and (for Missouri residents) a fully remote, self-proved electronic will, by video, from wherever you are.

My notary practice is focused on estate planning documents, where the rules are strict and getting them wrong surfaces at the worst possible time.
I'm also an Independent Associate of LegalShield, working with small and mid-sized employers to put legal and identity theft coverage in front of their people, as a payroll-deducted benefit at no cost to the company.
The two are separate businesses with separate scopes: the notary work doesn't involve legal advice, and the LegalShield work doesn't involve notarization. I'll always be plain about which hat I'm wearing.
